		<description>I was particularly appalled that she and one other nut on the court ruled against the family seeking an insurance company to pay for their 8 yr old son&#039;s cancer treatments.
since when is high-dose chemotherapy not considered standard cancer treatment? When a HMO says so? According to Ziegler just because it was part of a trial treatment (which translates to study the results). I&#039;m not sure what her thinking was when the doctor offered to take the kid out of the trial study and the HMO still refused payment........don&#039;t you just love these pro-life people more and more everyday?</description>
