It's funny how conservatives can oscillate between federal commands and "States' rights" in order to reach the results they prefer. When a HMO says so? According to Ziegler just because it was part of a trial treatment (which translates to study the results). I'm not sure what her thinking was when the doctor offered to take the kid out of the trial study and the HMO still refused payment........don't you just love these pro-life people more and more everyday?
