Look at the wording at the same time, which is a switch. I think maybe she is talking about the develpoment it self not the stores .Continental Properties has put together a top-notch development that will create the tax base the city needs to repay its debt. At the same time, this plan brings a national discount retailer to Walmart is not top notch, just as she says discount. While I didn't like the fact of walmart coming when the train was a reality, now I read that most likely will not happen, what is the purpose? I was hoping for a Costco but I read that they are looking at Oak Creek. If we wait to long nothing will be left to come to Cudahy. I don't like the rusting shell or the empty pand, but I just don't understand it all. I thought the ice rink would have done well, but that guy was a loser with no money.
