It occurred to me yesterday, looking at a “NEVER FORGET” sign in a window on campus, we simply can’t. As in, we are physically incapable of doing so. I don’t dwell on it or mull it, but damn, I’ll sure as hell never forget. It’s seared into the brains of every person who was alive that day.
