If it waaass convienient enough to be a atore at one time, then it's likely located centrally enough and if it's vacant the price is proabably right. I mean cmon people lets think creatively here. That was at least four or five years ago, and the empty Wally World is still empty. It is an ugly eyesore in the middle of one of their fastest developing areas. Do you suppose old Randy will next be petitioning the government to change the currency to read "In Wally We Trust"?
