I really wish we’d get a strong pro business and pro tax payer Mayor. One who would increase the cost of services and cut the taxes. That way, the people who use the services can pay for them. For instance, the pool fees, Library fees and special garbage and brush pickup fees as examples. Sell Parkview School. That is beautiful prime real estate there on a speldid road. It would be great for light indutrial. There isn’t much that could be done with the land Kozi is on other than homes, or more condo’s that can’t seem to get sold. Pretty much the same story with the other lower grade schools. Does Cudahy really need 5 elementary schools? Perhaps you could ask the candidates their opinions of these ideas. I’d be happy to hear their answers on topics like these.
I love the Blog except for the Democrat shill ad on the left side of the page. Otherwise, it’s pretty good. And yes, I’d feel the same way if it were a Republican ad. I’m a lower middle class conservative independent. I want basic services and less government intrusion.

I guess Earle is kicking his wounds after the Primary. I hate it when the A-B guys sulk! At one time in my life I worked for Cutler Hammer ….. till they wanted me to join the Union. Sorry Charlie I”m not a Tuna. So I went to M.S.O.E. and got a BSEE. Much better than the Union.

The Stroop Test. Not being a shrink that’s a new one on me. Actually my background is in Cardiology, Radiology and Open Heart. Much better than being a set up man. Nurses are cuter too! They’re such nasty party animals!

Well, I know you were referencing the Stroop test. As for the outcome of the primary, I’m certainly disappointed Kevin Fech didn’t make the top two, because I didn’t really want to see McCue make it, but oh well.

I”m sorry to hear that you don’t have a point. But it’s not too late to get one. All that is required is an open mind and the willingness to learn.
Not all people have the ability, or desire, to get one. Those that have a point are blessed with knowledge and hope.

There is a quote in the Koran that goes something like this:
“He who ceases to learn actually progresses backward in knowledge”
The translation of it’s meaning is that if one stops learning, others are still
learning and surpass those that have stopped. Hence, they are really going
backward.

Moving doesn’t help. No matter where you go you cannot change what you don’t desire to change. If you can’t change, then you must leave this debate, for you will gain nothing from it.
