Honestly though, it just seems like bad policy for Scott Walker to continue to avoid taking any blame for Milwaukee County's perennial budget woes while then attempting to rectify a bad budget on the backs of middle class employees. Granted, the jobs that were supposed to have been cut have now been saved, but I wonder why Scott Walker hasn't offered to take the same medicine he wants unionized county employees to take.
