Obama to send more troops to Afghanistan?
According to McClatchy, President Barack Obama is nearing a decision to send more than 30,000 additional U.S. troops to Afghanistan next year.
As I’ve written before, I think sending additional U.S. military forces to Afghanistan is a terrible idea. In focusing our time, money, and military might in Afghanistan, we’ve only pushed the Taliban and their supporters into Pakistan, in the process destabilizing a country that has nuclear capabilities. Perhaps it’s time to rethink our military strategy in Afghanistan, lest our actions in that nation give the Taliban and their supporters the nuclear capabilities they’ve been hoping for.

I hope he does send more troops with a strategy to destroy the snake nest and allow rational government in Afghanistan.
Our own government pays for that taliban snake pit. Who do you think is on the payroll? Karzai’s brother. Do you not get the news? I love the way your thoughtless mind uses the word “troops”. You sound like fox news, you idiot!
A troop is a military word for our family members, sons and daughters, friends and neighbors! Don’t’ you dare use that term lightly, like you’re fox new!
It’s to desensitize us that real Americans are boarding planes and having to die!! And for what??? Please clarify for me “what” they have to die for? Because Uncle Sam thinks we need to police the world? Oh, that’s right, if Americans are stationed all over the world, it will make it easier for the “new world order” to begin. Get a clue! What if it was your brother they were sending? Would you feel the same way? Probably, you are an idiot! Go listen to more news they want you to hear! You probably think 9/11 was the Taliban wheeling box cutters! Moron! Why don’t you enlist?
