Again, it&#039;s a Committee of Experts that decides the best course of treatment.  Those pesky doctors and patients are left out of the loop; only those with political connections and influence get to call the shots, not us lowly plebs.

And you forget, a guy of considerable fame such as Hawking will always get treated.  Forget if there is a priority with someone else needing the limited resource of healthcare.</description>
