Thursday Music – Green Day Edition
Happy Thursday! Today’s edition of Thursday Music features a personal favorite of mine, Green Day. I’ve been listening to Green Day since Dookie, their major-label debut in 1994.
First up is their take on “Working Class Hero,” a song originally written and performed by the legendary John Lennon on his first post-Beatles solo album:
Next up is “Minority,” which for my money is on of the band’s better efforts:

I remember the mud throwing from clips on MTV news at Woodstock 94. That was pretty cool. I probably wasn’t allowed to watch MTV back then.
