That was very cool. Though I’m so sick to death of “Green” everything. The word’s meaning has been so contorted and politicized it just makes me cringe every time I hear it. What he’s done is a tremendous accomplishment in efficiency – primarily of space.

Yeah, what he did with that space is a tremendous accomplishment in efficiency, but more than that, it looks great.
