Watch as House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-VA) explains that he doesn’t know much about how bills become law here in the United States:
Eric Cantor may want to take out his pocket Constitution and do a little reading, because bills cannot become law simply by being passed through the House of Representatives – they have to be passed by the Senate and signed into law by the President in order to become law.

He must have been on the telephone with Mike Huebsch earlier in the day.
It was a conference call with Huebsch and Scott Fitzgerald.
Someone give this to him, STAT!
Heh……nice.
