Watch as House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-VA) explains that he doesn’t know much about how bills become law here in the United States:


Eric Cantor may want to take out his pocket Constitution and do a little reading, because bills cannot become law simply by being passed through the House of Representatives – they have to be passed by the Senate and signed into law by the President in order to become law.
