The republicans had major gains in the last election because unemployment was WAY too high( i know there were numerous reasons, but I would say the TOP one was unemployment). Everyone’s favorite orange guy, ran a campaign on Mr. president where are the jobs?. Echoed by Rep. Judy Biggert (R-IL):

I believe the power plant clause was stricken from the budget repair bill that was passed, restrained, publishes, restrained, and implemented somewhere in limbo.
