The American people aren’t buying the “both sides do it” meme being pumped out by the mainstream media. Scott Walker. The WTMJ hosts wanted to ask Zielinski [...] Christopher Hitchens, the author, writer and Vanity Fair contributing editor, has died, the magazine announced late Thursday. He was 62. Hitchens, who had been battling esophageal cancer since early 2010, died at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, surrounded by friends, Vanity Fair said.
