Over at the Turning Over Rocks blog, Bill Schmalfeldt has done a great job untangling the web of connections between out-of-state conservatives and the multiple efforts to undermine the recall effort against Republican Gov. Scott Walker.

Among the Facebook pages that sprouted up to disrupt the effort to recall Gov. Walker were “Operation Burn Notice” and “Knot My Wisconsin,” both of which have been shut down, and Schmalfeldt’s post is stunning in its detail. Go check it out!

What about the Walker Backers Watching Walker Stalkers? Posting pictures of Recall workers, suggesting ways of harassing Recall workers…etc. Who is behind that FB page? Anyone know??

I don’t know for sure who’s behind that page, but it wouldn’t surprise me if it included some of the same characters that were behind the other pages that popped up on Facebook.
