As I watched last night’s gubernatorial debate between Democrat Tom Barrett and Republican Gov. Scott Walker, I was struck at how assertive and on-message Barrett was, while Gov. Walker seemed uneasy and defensive for most of the debate.
While there was no shortage of great exchanges between Barrett and Walker, this particular exchange had to be THE moment of the debate for me.
