Following a meeting in Wausau on Monday, one of Republican Rep. “struggling” Sean Duffy’s constituents, a Vietnam veteran, approached Rep. Duffy to discuss a minimum wage bill. Instead of taking a moment to talk to his own constituent, Rep. Duffy immediately got in his car and drove away while the constituent was trying to talk to him.
