More Tales from the Tinfoil Brigade

Not really. But fun nonetheless.

Golfin Granpa, that legendary in-his-own-mind dissembler of all plots liberal against the common welfare today posted that Don Perry, the Chick-Fil-A spokesperson who recently died of a heart attack, was a victim of commie poisoning.

Or something like that.

“It had to be the commies,” he posted. Not really. “Theys (sic) got the best poisons. Remember that spy guy in London, he was poisoned by the KGB cause (sic) he was ratting them out to the good conservatives in England.” Not really.

“An you remeber (sic) they woulda poisoned Hitler, but he had dog-testers.”

Not really.

Even the masterblogger hisself weighed in on the “controversy.” Mr. Fred Dooley had some heavy praise for the local Racine Chick-Fil-A:

“Racine boasts Wisconsin’s only Chick-Fil-A. That joint is one of Mrs. RDW’s & my favorite places to go out to eat. Their food is always hot and tasty and this fast food restaurant provides better service than any casual dining restaurant we visit. I recall last December we were there and the joint was packed. The dining room attendant checked the rest rooms six times while we had our dinner. They refill your drinks and make you feel as if you are wanted.”

The food couldn’t have been that good for Fred to visit the lavatory six times, or it was a mountain of food to stay so long. Come to think of it, poor dining room attendant. I wouldn’t want to follow that act.

Not really.

  1. Used to be a Chick-Fil-A in Milwaukee’s Grand Avenue Mall. People just didn’t eat there. Had prospective patrons discovered the owner was a raving wingnut, most of them just wouldn’t have eaten there sooner.

  2. In Memphis the chain was very popular and, overall rated the best fast food chain in the city. Of course franchise owners always have something to do with the quality of the chain.

  3. Who refers to one’s wife by the name of his blog? That’s like Zack referring to his wife as Mrs. BB. Weird. How are the little BBs?

    1. I’d never belittle my wife like that.

Then again, I’d never categorize a fast food chicken place as one of “my favorite places to go out to eat,” nor would it even be among my favorite fast food places to go to eat.

By the way, how’s Ms. OS doing? How are the little OSs?
