I can’t help but wonder which “certain parts of Milwaukee” the folks at Wisconsin Reporter were referring to with this tweet:

So, dear readers….what “certain parts of Milwaukee” do you think the very un-diverse folks at Wisconsin Reporter were referring?
I’m guessing Walker was referring to the predominantly African-American and Hispanic neighborhoods in Milwaukee.
Walker basically admitted to the WISGOP’s electoral “divide and conquer” strategy: pit the rest of Wisconsin against Madison (liberal activists) and Milwaukee (ethnic minorities) in their campaign messaging.
Yeah, it’s Wisconsin’s version of the “Southern Strategy.”
