DNC schedule change: Tammy Baldwin to speak at 5:30pm CT on Thursday

Per Baldwin campaign staffers, there’s been a schedule change at the DNC. Tammy Baldwin was previously scheduled to speak at 7pm CT; she has been moved up to about 5:30pm CT.
