Gov. Scott Walker appointed Rep. Jason Fields (D-Milwaukee) to the Social Development Commission Thursday.
Fields, first elected to the Assembly in 2004, was defeated in the August Democratic primary by Mandela Barnes.
Fields’ appointment to the SDC by Scott Walker just underscores the fact that voters in the 11th Assembly District made the right decision in choosing Mandela Barnes over Fields.
Yeah, I caught this too. You just knew taking Scooter Jensen\’s voucher school money had a fallback job attached to it. What a pathetic sellout, and I\’m glad Milwaukeeans saw through him.
