I have no idea who this is. I found it during an unsuccessful search for Florika Sava, the Mad Gypsy.
I’m not certain, but I think this little gem may have been uploaded by artist Arlo Namingha, though I’m unsure if it is Namingha playing the violin in the video. Namingha appears among the featured artists from “Painted Violins,” a fundraiser initiated by the Sante Fe Symphony. Kinda delightful to peruse:
