Two Democrats to vie for Paul Ryan’s seat in Congress

From my email inbox comes this news:

On Saturday, October 26th at 11AM CST, Rob Zerban will hold an Announcement Rally at the University of Wisconsin – Parkside. Rob Zerban is a former small business owner and former Kenosha County Supervisor who ran against Paul Ryan in 2012. He raised $2.3 million to oust Ryan in 2012, making WI-1 the 6th most expensive House race in the country.

While Rob Zerban will certainly be the Democratic frontrunner in the race to unseat Republican Rep. Paul Ryan, he won’t be the lone Democrat in the race.

And as noted by Shaina and reported by Politico, Amar Kaleka, the son of one of the victims of the Sikh temple massacre, has announced he’ll challenge Ryan in 2014.

Democrat Amar Kaleka, whose father was killed in last year’s suburban Milwaukee Sikh temple massacre, announced on Monday that he will try to unseat GOP Rep. Paul Ryan in 2014.

Kaleka, a documentary film maker, told the Associated Press that he would formally launch his campaign against Ryan, House Budget Committee chairman and 2012 GOP vice presidential nominee, in November.

  1. Where do we vets donate monies to throw this bum Ryan out of office !!!

Cut our retirements when Congress gets what after only 2 or 3 years?

And we have double-dipping civil servants collecting two retirements where the rest of us vets are trying to hammer out a living as civilians after serving America for 20 years or more, and our disability pay comes out of our retirement pay as non-taxable at the federal level!!!

Ryan is no American, no man and no one fit to lead…and better never again state he is worried about the troops on the front line…where was his service other than self-serving in a career, wait he never finished one let alone two….

Time to dump the Republicans when they could not pass tort reform, caved into Obama Care, let Hillary take a free ride out of office, and now this cut in military retirement pay???

Nothing like swelling the Democratic ranks you idiot Republican leadership, if there ever was one for the last 10 years.
