  1. Growing up in a military family and having my grandfather, father, both my brothers and myself serve has always been something that has made me proud. Fortunately I have lost none of them to direct combat but have known many a fine soldier that has not made it home defending our country. A special blessing goes out to everyone who has served and all of the families of loved ones lost.

Thank you to all of them that have given their lives so that we may have the very freedoms we enjoy.

  2. And Americans still believe the myth of the “good war,” and what we are doing for the world. Defending our country has never been on the agenda. We mourn for those that have been duped by our own rulers, money and power and greed.

“Throughout the early years of the Syria crisis, the US and UK governments, and almost universally the West’s mainstream media, promoted Syria’s rebels as moderate, liberal, secular, democratic, and therefore deserving of the West’s support. Given that these documents wholly undermine this assessment, it’s significant that the West’s media has now, despite their immense significance, almost entirely ignored them.”

    1. Some things are worth been banned for…

NONQUIXOTE: SHUT UP. ONE DAY you can’t cork it and HONOR the many MEN and WOMEN that have given their life in service to their country. I SEE that you cleverly waited until the DAY AFTER memorial day to open your TRAP but none the less it is no less repugnant.

      UNFRICKEN believable.

      What a tool.

      Good day sir.

  3. Why am I not surprised that my comment was deleted. Disparaging comments on a “honor the troops post” on memorial day. Way to go, you are a winner.
