Apparently Johnson Controls didn’t get Gov. Scott Walker’s memo that Wisconsin is “Open for Business,” as the company has announced it is eliminating jobs for the second time in recent months.

Johnson Controls will eliminate at least 100 corporate finance and accounting jobs at its Milwaukee Business Center in Glendale, a move that marks the second downsizing of the local workforce in recent months by Wisconsin’s largest public company.

But remember, according many of his conservative supporters, Gov. Walker is doing a bang-up job of creating jobs in Wisconsin.
