Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump picks up North Korean support

This isn’t the slightest bit awkward or unusual.

In perhaps the most interesting praise of Donald Trump yet, North Korean state media has described the likely Republican presidential nominee as a “far-sighted” and “wise politician.”

According to NK News, on Tuesday, an editorial in the state outlet DPRK Today noted that “there are many positive aspects to the Trump’s ‘inflammatory policies,’” like his proposal to stay out of the conflict between North and South Korea.

“Trump said ‘he will not get involved in the war between the South and the North,’ isn’t this fortunate from North Koreans’ perspective?” wrote Han Yong Mook, a self-described Chinese North Korean scholar.

Thus far during this election cycle Donald Trump, the standard-bearer of the Republican Party, has picked up support from white supremacists and now the North Korean state media, which is quite a coalition of support if you ask me.

  1. The best part about this is if this was directed towards a candidate of the Democratic Party, I’d be hearing about it from the conservatives I know for YEARS as proof of their outright delusion that the Democratic Party is full blown communist.
