  1. I think time will tell more but Trump understood how to play the game of politics. Nationally the democrats have not really had a good election since 2008 and 2012 was okay. In hindsight taking Wisconsin for granted was a mistake by the Clinton team. I think with the poll numbers the democrats got too greedy with what states like North Carolina and not campaigning in Wisconsin or Michigan until the end. Also in hindsight had Joe Biden been the nominee it would have been interesting to see what the results would have been. I like the idea of building from the grassroots up but when democrats are losing state legislative and congressional seats by such big margins I think democrats have to build a national coalition that can win all over America. At least Donald Trump is not Ted Cruz or Scott Walker but I’m not holding my breath.

  2. This morning, I talked with a divorced woman, a middle aged cleaning lady about the election results; she was positively giddy about Trump winning. It surprised me because I thought she would be a Democrat voting for Hillary. Not so!

She is one of those who are not living the American dream and looks beyond
    political labels for “better days.”

I pray her trust is not betrayed…again!

  3. Yes, since the recent monkey-wrenching about four years ago with the official DNC coronation of Hillary. Reinforced August 2015 with about 30 states committing their state delegates to her before there was a primary race. No surprise here as there has been no progressive agenda since before Bill.

No surprise that (as reported today) 3.5 M Democrats stayed home and Trump received fewer votes than Romney.

    Yep, totally rigged.

    No war but class war.
