Wisconsin Primary Is August 14th…YOU need to vote

The partisan primary in Wisconsin is next Tuesday August 14th…there are a lot of contested seats this year. One of the major ones is the Democratic gubernatorial race…we are blessed or cursed (depending on your point of view) with eight candidates this year…so you need to make your voice heard!!

The rules for the Wisconsin’s primary can be found in this article. And don’t forget your photo ID!

Since 2010, partisan primary elections have attracted 15% to 20% of the state’s voting age population, according to commission records.

This statistic is appalling. This primary will determine who is eligible for your vote come November. Get out and vote on Tuesday (or take advantage of early voting). I am not going to have much patience with those who don’t participate…
