Whither Blogging Blue: MIA?

With all of the insanity, hilarity and general nonsense going on this week, it would seem an odd time for Ed to go missing in action. I apologize, but Sunday night I apparently tore a retina which was diagnosed Monday morning and outpatient surgery was performed on Tuesday morning. And then I was put on 4 days of bed rest flat on my back…so no computers or reading or much of anything except listening to music. I wasn’t in the mood to listen to news…so the only thing I heard was the president’s oval office address ( 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW ) and the Democratic replies. So I am behind in my reading and sarcastic remarks. Bear with me after our own little involuntary shutdown…and enjoy your weekend!

btw: for trivia buffs amongst our local readers. The address of the Russian embassy: 2650 Wisconsin Ave NW, Washington, DC 20007

  2. Give yourself whatever time and rest you need to heal – and know that you’re surrounded by caring thoughts and prayers and heartfelt wishes. Rest easy. Get well.

  3. Hope you feel back to full power soon… This site is invaluable to my side as oppo research as we prepare to ‘resist & recall’ Tony Evers!
