No Pressure…but there is always a power hierarchy

The president continues to rant that Ukraine feels no pressure…that the Ukrainian president felt no pressure when the President of the United States asked him for a favor. Even if there wasn’t $400 million in defense funds on the hook for a president looking down the barrel of a Russian AK-47.
But take away the money, take away the Russian threat, in relations like this there is always a power dynamic. And when looked at from the balance of power…who holds the power in the relationship? The President of Ukraine or the President of the United States? And which one is going to deny the pressure he may be feeling in the face of the hand that holds the power?
President Trump is full of it on this one.
