I am not singling out this video from Twitter but it brought this thought back to mind that I have had many many times before when viewing similar videos…and not only in Washington but Madison as well.
When these policy speeches are being made, are there other legislators actually on the floor? All the empty seats behind the speakers always seems to indicate: damned few.
