Republican operative commits election fraud

It looks like some Republicans are pulling out all the stops in their attempt to see Our Dumb President Donald Trump reelected to a second term, as a conservative operative in Florida has been charged with changing the voter registration forms of at least ten Democratic and independent voters to enroll those individuals in the Republican Party.

A Florida woman was charged on Thursday after officials said she filled out 10 voter registration forms with false information, at least six of which enrolled Democratic and independent voters in the Republican Party without their consent.

The woman, Cheryl A. Hall, 63, of Clermont, Florida, worked for Florida First, a voter registration group heavily funded by America First Policies, which supports President Donald Trump.

America First Policies announced plans last year to spend more than $20 million on voter registration efforts in at least four battleground states: Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Pennsylvania.

Alan Hays, the supervisor of elections in Lake County, Florida, near Orlando, said that although Hall was charged with submitting 10 false voter registration forms, he believes she might have submitted another 109 forms with false information.

What’s ironic about this story is it absolutely flies in the face of the all-too-common conservative talking point that liberals/Democrats engage in widespread attempts at election and vote fraud, and this is just one of many examples of what appears to be a concerted effort on the part of conservatives to cheat to win elections.
