A president who 4 months later still hasn’t gotten enough tests for all of the Americans who need it…who even today as on of Vice President Pence’s staff tests positive…doesn’t think tests are that great?
Or nearly anyone else?
Even if we have a vaccine by the end of 2020, it is going to take a significant amount of time to manufacture enough doses for all of the United States much less the entire world. Who you gonna trust to do that effectively and equitably?

Trump: Katie, she tested very good for a long period of time and then all of the sudden today she tested positive… This is why the whole concept of tests aren’t necessarily great
