The capital in Madison, Wisconsin right now is full of people who are furious with Scott Walker. Walker is trying to pass a bill that will not allow unions to negotionate with their enployers. In order to pass or vote for a bill you need to have 20 sentors in the house. The democrats are raging with angry. So the democrats left the state. There were last found in Rockford,IL but sources say that they have left Rockford and they are not all together and they will not be coming back until there is a compromise with the bill. There are only 19 republican so they can not vote until aleast one democrat comes back. One major thing that this bill is causing is the teachers are calling in sick and going to Madison to protest. So many are calling in sick that the schools are closing schools because of the lack or staff. The last thing we the kids need is for the teachers to go on strike and then we will be out of school for who knows long. The people of Wisconsin have been protesting in the capital and around the capital for almost of week. People are camping inside and out of the capital. There are parades of people walking outside the capital with signs protesting. Now, inside the capital people are standing shoulder to shoulder chanting and holding up signs. This bill has causing alot of trouble and nothing is going to change and the democrats are not going to come back unless Scott Walker changes, compromises, or drops the bill.

Input about health care reform affects

Who here was not happy with the old health care reform? Who is  not happy with the new health care reform? Who is happy with the new health care reform? Well if you have not made up your mind yet here are  some aspects  you should consider.

1) You have to have health insurance or you will be fined. If you do not have enough money to purchase it or your employer does not offer it, you can seek help from the government. You can also qualify for a discounted health insurance.

2) If you  through the duration of your health insurance get terribly or acquire hospital attention your insurance company can not drop you or cancel your policy.

3) I Lexi am still a kid, well a least under 19, with the old insurance bill in a couple of years I would have to provide insurance for myself but with the new bill I still have a little more then ten years with my parents insurance. The insurance company will have to allow kids under the age of  26 to stay under our parents insurance. That is good for us kids!!!

4) The insurance companies will no longer be able to deny kids who have a pre-existing  health conditions.

5) If you are worried that this new health care reform will have an affect on your taxes don’t worry the bill has no input in your taxes.

Over 33 million people are going to be insured  because of this bill.  There will be huge demand across the nation for medical professionals.
