The first story, tells us that Clear Channel Communications hires actors to call their [...] There’s been much ridiculous bloviation on the right wing about how the Democrats are misusing the recall and that the originators of the law and the concept of the recall would be shocked, shocked at how it was being used to unseat such a fine, upstanding Governor like Scott Walker (I think I just threw up [...] Yeah, this just about sums up the kind of week it’s been around here (shamelessly stolen from Ed H). The Koch/Bradley funded right wing MacIver "news" service is running a contest for the “end of session” awards. The thing is, they have announced they will delete any responses posted, you have to email them in. That way they are allowed to censor the ones that would paint their party in a less than favorable [...] With Unites States Senator Herb Kohl deciding not to run for re-election, that left an opening for new players in both parties to step up and try and capture this seat. In the democratic party, Tammy Baldwin stepped up early, announcing her intentions to run.
