Milwaukee project would convert waste to energy

A new proposal planned for Milwaukee would convert trash to energy, creating 250 construction jobs and 45 full-time jobs. I guess that depends on your definition of clean, because “clean coal” technology doesn’t eliminate the harmful pollutants released by burning coal for energy; it simply reduces those pollutants.
