This week, the Wisconsin Supreme Court tried to make steps to repair the riff and their reputation. When justices announced this week that they were committed to working together collegially, Prosser complained about the initiative and backed it only grudgingly. When the vote on whether to issue the statement came, the other six justices [...] As a sideshow concerning the longrunning soap opera that surrounds Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice David Prosser, this time concerning his attack on fellow Justice Ann Bradley, his good buddy on the court Justice Michael Gableman, evidently told investigators that Justice Bradley had been violent previously. Here’s the relevant paragraph from Deputy Hansen’s report (my bolding):
In 2008, Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC) , spent millions electing Michael Gableman to the Supreme Court. Of course, that was helped by an unethical and racist ad that Gableman ran, but he was still bought and paid for by WMC. While the buying of judges is not unheard of, Grisham even wrote a [...] Justice David Prosser, through official marionette, Brian Schimming, had this to say”“I was confident the truth would come out – and it did. I am gratified that the prosecutor founds these scurrilous charges were without merit.” (why a GOP operative is the spokesman for a non partisan Judge who continually says he is neutral is [...] Scott Walker can not get on TV or The hate radio triumverate enough to complain about outside money coming into WI. Now we know what he was talking about! It turns out the Justice David Prosser’s recount campaign was well funded with almost strictly outside money. John Templeton Jr. of [...] A group of community elected officials and leaders recently called on Judge David “don’t make me angry” Prosser to step down while he is being investigated. “As a member of the highest court in Wisconsin, Justice Prosser sits in a position of high trust,” said Madison City Council member Lisa Subeck, the executive [...] I’m beginning to truly believe Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice David Prosser has a very serious anger management problem and should seek help. Curiously, there’s been no criticism of Justice Prosser from the usual suspects in the Right Wing Outrage Brigade, but I’m willing to bet cash money that if Justice Prosser were a liberal-leaning justice, [...] Now that the right wing echo chamber has put enough pressure on Sheriff Dave Mahoney that he has handed off the \"Prosser Choking\" investigation to his chief deputy. While Sheriff Mahoney probably would not have done the investigation himself anyway, the aggressiveness and fake outrage from the right was out in full force(I would link [...] The right wing blogosphere are besides themselves trying desperately to come up with any explanation, however implausible, as to why Republican Justice David Prosser attacked Justice Bradley. Instead of trying to promote a fantasy, I decided to get the story from Justice Prosser himself.
