Appointed (for 19 months of a 24 month term) Village of Cottage Grove Mike Mikalsen, was recently on the Mitch Henck radio show (1310AM) and said this “Every aspect of collective bargaining has a cost”. Forgetting the fact that the republicans in the Senate would disagree with him, I actually AGREE with Mr. Mikalsen.
