“He says he’ll do it….This means HE WILL DO IT!” Perhaps you meant: “He says he’ll do it…This means HE’LL TRY REALLY HARD!” or HE’LL GIVE IT THE OLE COLLEGE TRY!”
But let’s be honest, just because he says he’ll do it, does not mean he will do it. It’s just a fact.
The POTUS is not omnipotent, like your quote implied.
Obama’s far from perfect, and I’m sure he’ll make his fair share of mistakes and he might even break a campaign promise or ten, but I’d like to think when it comes to the issue of lobbyists, he’ll at least be better than his predecessors, including Clinton.
