  1. BP is on our minds. We feel a nauseated kind of vertigo whenever the underwater video is shown. We are amazed at the way the Evening News shows Brian Williams cell phone rainbow photo and gives voice to his extremely childish hope that the rainbow was “an omen” and that he’d “wake up in the morning and hear it has all been fixed”.
    And we are amazed at the lack of rage that is given voice on the same Evening News. (yes, we are fools like that)
    And lastly, I am amazed at the attempts of media to avert a BP boycott because it would “hurt local business”.

    So, trite as it may be, TheGulfTheGulfTheGulf. And now that I think about it, I need to start an on-going “Reasons To Hate Brian Williams” list.
