A story that came from the BBC yesterday,(I remember when we used to have journalists in America), $8 Billion dollars is unaccounted for in Iraqi reconstruction funds.
From the story: According to the report, the Pentagon is unable to fully account for $8.7bn of funds it withdrew between 2004 and 2007, and of that amount it “could not provide documentation to substantiate how it spent $2.6bn”.
IF ONLY we had the fiscally conservative deficit hawks in charge then, this never would of happened…
