DOH!!

In Colorado, Republican candidate for Congress Cory Gardner is intent on beating his opponent. The problem is he is not sure who his opponent is. While he is running against Democratic incumbent Betsy Markey, he appears to think he is running against Massachusetts Representative Ed Markey(No resemblance). The local Fox affiliate had to go back and tell the campaign to re-check their facts.

“We get these disputes all the time, and they’re usually really gray and we can’t do anything,” Maroney said. “In this case, it was prima facie that there was a screw-up, it seemed so blatantly wrong to me and so black and white, that we went back to the agency that books advertising for Gardner and asked for a response from them.”
