That’s actually a pretty difficult question. Only Kelo comes to mind for me. But I could list about a dozen Wisconsin Supreme Court decisions that I strongly disagree with.
This is the reason there will not be a republican tidalwave as some have predicted. The thing is he was obviously coached to the question tell us a Supreme Court decision you have disagreed with. They threw him a loop when they threw in the last 15-20 years. Basically a parrot could of done what he did.
He was better as a philadelphia Eagles Tackle than as a politician.
