I need your attention for a moment and not in my usual way.
I’ve received a comment on my blog that has no content other than to insult me and directly threaten a person here at BB
the comment is on my post titled “Who’s Who” and is as follows:

Thank you for demonstrating how public education has failed this country. Between your rants here and Blogging Blue, it’s enough to vomit.
I will say that you are about as horrid a writer as Jeff Simpson (Proud Progressive). The good news is that I’m going to get that cancer boy fired from his job at New Balance.

I have made a screen shot of this comment and will keep that in file. I also have a stat tracker running invisibly on my blog and have noted this person’s views of my blog
They have been using an IP masker today and also on Sept 14. Other particulars of this Masked User match their first and second appearances on my blog which were unmasked. They had attempted to make unpleasant comments which I did not allow thru because my comment policy is less generous than yours here on BB. They then returned using the masker to make a new comment to to see if I’d be fooled into thinking it was “someone new”. I wasn’t.
Anyways. I don’t know if that is the real name of Proud Progressive and if that is his real employer. But it does show harassment and stalking behavior.
It also shows why I use a fake name, and drop lies into my remarks about myself. Also why I do not show up at events or do anything that that might draw attention to my real self etc.
I guess if I was you I’d take off the Bios you have on your people here. We can all flap about our free speech rights but it’s a new world out there and people are hopped up like junkies on Glenn Beck and ready to Cleanse the World.
Any real crime of course can be investigated beyond shitty online “Hidemyass.com” or “anonymouse.org” type of tricks. Law enforcement can trace the data packets to the originating server etc. and the only people really fooled are the ones who think IP masking is enough. It’s not

I decided to let the sun shine on this Harassment event so I did not email you privately. I’ll keep an eye on my blog traffic in case anything helpful shows up. and from here on we can (if needed) discuss in private. Let me know if you need anything.
