So what’s the deal with the legislature ceding their authority on Medicaid cuts to the governor?
It seems to me that those are constitutionally mandated responsibilities and not something they can simply outsource to India or Fitzwalkerstan or where ever. Any legal experts out there have any idea on the legality of this?
