Walker to audition for his post-gubernatorial career on Tuesday

Apparently there’s not much governing to be done here in Wisconsin this week, as Republican Governor Scott Walker will be taking time out of his schedule to audition for his post-gubernatorial career during a two hour stint hosting “Squawk Box” on CNBC on Tuesday. Walker will host a two-hour segment from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. Central time, and during his segment Walker will talk with Wisconsin and national business leaders, discuss news of the day and promote Wisconsin as “open for business,” according to a press release issued by Walker’s office.

Considering how fond Walker was of calling into local right-wing talk radio at least once a day when he was Milwaukee County Executive, we can expect to see more of Walker promoting himself as he looks for his post-politics career.
