White supremacists to rally in West Allis

This has the potential to be all sorts of bad…

A white supremacy group is planning a protest in response to the State Fair mob attack, and police are issuing an unusual alert.

Maureen Metzer owns a dance studio a block away from West Allis City Hall. She heard about the rally scheduled for Labor Day weekend and isn’t taking any chances. “I am concerned. We actually did decide that we will not be open that day.”

It’s advice she and other business owners in the area got from the Police Chief in a letter recommending people “lock their doors and close during the time of this activity.” Maureen is grateful for the warning. “They told me they’ve never experienced anything like this before, and I guess better safe than sorry.”

I can only hope that if white supremacists do in fact show up in West Allis to rally things won’t degenerate into violence.

  1. The city of Milwaukee racial composition is as follows: 37.0% non-Hispanic White, 39.2% non-Hispanic Black or African American, 0.6% non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native, 3.5% non-Hispanic Asian, 17.3% Hispanic, Latino, or Spanish origin, 0.1% from some other race (non-Hispanic) and 2.2% of two or more races (non-Hispanic).

Whites are a minority in Milwaukee. They are just expressing their minority opinions, which is allowed under freedom of speech, our country’s First Amendment.

  2. Why is it that nobody (including the mayor) took the time to gather in large numbers and publicly protest the violent beatings at the State Fair and denounce the obvious racial angle, but can suddenly find the time to gather and protest a group of white people saying mean things? Are racist WORDS from a group of whites worse than actual racist VIOLENCE from a group of blacks? SERIOUSLY?

  3. You people in Wisconsin are so easily controlled. First, you let the black mobs attack white people and then you defend them against the awful white supremist who want to hold a rally. Instead of allowing the media to tell you what to think, why don’t you get together with the good black folks up there and demand a stop to the racist actions of the black youth? If it was white kids attacking black kids, I think you wouyld hold a rally to stop it, why not the other way around?
