Newt Gingrich has a better chance of being elected governor of a lunar colony than he does being elected president

Another day, another out of touch idea from Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich.

Here’s a thought….instead of proposing to spend billions upon billions of dollars developing a lunar colony, how about we spend money investing in our existing infrastructure and communities?
