Most people think that Kathy Nickolaus has resigned or been forced out of her position as Waukesha County Clerk. The truth is she is still officially in this position. Stepping aside for the Recall Election is only a temporary relief for the voters of Wisconsin who demand fair elections. We demand that Kathy Nickolaus resigns from her position, effective immediately! She has consistently shown time and time again that she is not qualified for the position. We will be visiting Kathy Nickolaus on Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. to make this demand in person. Please come and join us in making this call for her resignation and stand up for fair elections in Wisconsin!
Occupy Riverwest will be providing a free bus to and from the demonstration. This bus will be leaving the Riverwest Public House (815 E. Locust Street) at 4:00 p.m. on April 11th and leaving to return back to the Public House at 7:00 p.m. If interested in taking the free bus to this event please try and confirm on the wall of the Facebook event page so we have an idea of what our numbers look like.

Kathy Nickolaus should resign for the sake of the people of WI. If she had been brand new in the position, a one-time discrepency might be understandable, but it’s absolutely unacceptable that there’s been too many ‘coincidental’ mistakes in GOPs favor, after the fact, by someone in election authority who’s charged with accuracy. If I’m right, Ms Nickolaus should have her day in court to prove her innocence. If I’m wrong, I’ll apologize.
The problem with Kathy Nickolaus is that she has no interest in the people of Wisconsin aside from herself and her cronies. That’s the problem, and therefore that’s why Nickolaus should be removed from office in handcuffs, “perp walk” and all.
Yes, this is something that’s for the courts. Based on the statement she made attempting to paint the election fraud that put the strangling judge back into power as an innocent mistake gave us the indicting evidence against her in a public statement. I’m confident that she could be convicted of that one at least.
I think her web site needs an update. Is this a protest against Frontpage?

Looks like the majority of protesters will arrive closer to 5pm, as the bus leaves Riverwest at 4pm, FYI.
