According to a report in SFGate.com, a woman in northern Virginia received this piece of attack literature on her doorstep this morning.
According to the SFGate.com report, the literature was produced by Americans for Tax Reform, an anti-tax group run by Grover Norquist. You may remember Norquist as a prominent critic of President Obama and as a right-wing ideologue who demands that Republican candidates and elected officials sign a “no tax” pledge.
In the wake of a natural disaster as epic as Hurricane Sandy, an anti-Obama attack that referencing said natural disaster seems to me to be stunningly tone-deaf and remarkably callous.
