  1. On a lighter note,

This post is not meant to be a press release or some kind of proclamation, as if I could have a press conference. I’m just someone who has one vote, though my one vote doesn’t count the same as if Jeff Bezos went to the voting booth…

Today, I didn’t twit on Twitter, nor did I update my Facebook page (I still like all the businesses I like, and still use the same brand of toilet paper that I’ve used…).

I read the newspaper, which told me very little about
where Dems stand on healthcare, infrastructure, Social Security, school privatization, etc.

So, I watched the Brewers game, listened to music, and read selected books on what would improve–not just my life, but others’ as well–our general welfare or common good here in Wisconsin/America.

Just adding my two cents to the blogoshere archives story.

I hope bloggers don’t treat my 2 cents as equal to the strength of my one vote. Vanilla is not my favorite ice cream, nor do think CheezWhiz is actually cheese.

    1. I appreciate your 2 cents worth and thank you for contributing comments! We value dialogue here.

  2. Spicer’s story will be small potatoes compared to the larger picture of a wealthy presidential family and their friends enriching themselves at the expense of and by the blood, sweat, and tears of the working class as well as selling their soul to the devil with a phony patriotism of dealing with the Russions to enrich
    the family fortune.

The Trumps and their enablers are a stain on the Constitution.

There is an old saying which is applicable; “I vomit thee.”

Trump et al make the Lewinsky scandal and the Watergate break in appear as petty crimes or misdemeanors.

    God, help us!

    1. Duane, glad you’re a Dem, and a real team player…

But, no need to vomit on anything, just resist by also looking at what the corporates think they can get away with by ignoring other issues, like looking at healthcare, Social Security, school privatization, student debt, infrastrucure, etc.

Now the GOP has a plan–having zero to do with Russia–to repeal the progressive 1914 Constitutional ammendment to directly elect our U.S. Senators.

This is being promoted through ALEC, and is used as spoils from ALEC’s direct involvement in gerrymandering our State following 2011.

So, if even if Tammy Baldwin were to be re-elected in 2018, if our legislature was controlled by the GOP, they could reject that electoral decision and instead appoint a GOP crony, likely Leah Vumuir, an ALEC executive who just won their “Iron Lady Award (an homage to Margaret Thatcher).”

Yes, I’m concerned about Trump, I think he’s an organized crime partner (look at his real estate dealings and bankrupting all those casinos), but connections to the evil Russian State…?!

Do you want to leave Tammy Baldwin by the wayside, and let those conservatives just take over? Let’s get serious in our resistance!

  3. I wonder how Spicer or his replacement will answer the Boy Scout’s reply to Trump’s politicalisation of their Jamboree?

If Trump attends a Girlscout future event, I would advise the scout leaders to forbid any physical interaction with the Prez in addition to any political talk!
